The »Theater of the Anthropocene« is conceived around the fundamental conflict between Man and Nature in the Anthropocene and, with the means of the stage and urban interventions, promotes intensive cooperation and networking between artists, scientists, designers, and civil society.

The design criteria of the website are intended to reflect the core concept of the Theater of the Anthropocene, which has no fixed venue and is understood more as a living space for cultural engagement.
As a place for literature and performance without a fixed location, the world shaped by us humans is the universal theme. Accordingly, the website is to be understood as a manifesto highlighting the contents and making actual interfaces almost disappear.
Page by page, the user can engage in the social relevance of the theater and participate in each production’s venues and performers.
